The Stancil TEN-9™ Repeat is a special client application of the TEN-4™ Voice Logging Recorder system. TEN-9™ Repeat is the first truly INSTANT software instant recall recorder providing single-click immediate access to the most recent telephone, radio and unselect audio calls from a call taker/dispatcher or supervisor position.

No delay and No Bandwidth Clogging

Just as with the TEN-4™ voice logger, TEN-9™ Repeat is a distributed component built on the .NET Framework that uses audio streaming. In other words, TEN-9™ works “on-demand” to stream the call(s) of interest immediately to the dispatcher’s position. As a result the impact on LAN bandwidth is minimal and there is no delay waiting for search and screen refresh.
